Screwed

i noticed my steering collar..(below the steering wheel) has only 1 screw - the wrong size holding it on... so it rattles about - i wondered why it did that... what size screws are needed for it? i dont have any orig so i dont know...

any help?

There are seven screws in the column cover. Three
metal and four plastic, (thread type, not screw).
