  • HID Conversion

    I'm thinking of fitting a xenon headlight conversion to my Surf has anyone fitted a kit or got any experience of these?

    aren't they a mare to change the bulbs?

      I did not know you could buy proper HID kits, I recently changed the bulbs on my beast, its not such a hard job.

          A great site..I think I'll get the lambo doors fitted to my Surf first if you install this kit let me know how it goes, take some before and after pics. I put in some 80/100watt blue tint bulbs from Halfrauds recently. Its just a little more arkward than any other car.....

            I looked into it about 2 years ago and in the end it was too much work!!!! there are a few guys on the US forum who have done it and I also found a few guys who had done it on old celicas. But I would recormend the US forum first.

              Been looking into it as well...

              http://www.hids4u.co.uk the twin element (Bixenon) H4 bulbs... not very cheap, but not really expensive... a few of the other forums users have used these guys before and the site comes quite well recommended.
