    24 Hours a day

Call 0208 896 9172. Don't buy on line as will give you better price as you are Surf owner. Comes with instructions and very easy to fit D11.

"apparently" a most of these are bought by Surf owners. It would be nice to see how the plumbing was worked out on this kit.

Where are the coolant pipes were taken from, where does the heat exhanger get fitted (I have seen a pic of it clipped right on top of the VIN plate on the firewall) etc etc.

                  Hello,

On the Fuelcat web site is the pic of a Surf set up

                  http://www.fuelcat.co.uk/DieselCombo.html

Let us know how you get on - 10% improvement (guaranteed?) sounds almost too good to be true.

Just follow the hoses from the fuel filter.
One leads to the injector pump. You want
the fuelcat inline on the other hose.

Addendum: Noticed you've got the unheated
version. Even so, would still say it's worthwhile
popping in before the fuel filter, just incase you
ever change over to a heated version for SVO.

OKEYDOKEY! ok few more Q's (sorry i just wanna do it right....)

Ok - Pic1 (08062006) fuel filter as you look at it from the front of the car is the front pipe the "inlet" from the tank? and the one on the right the "outlet" going to the fuel pump? in which case do i put the "inline" cat on the in or out?

Pic 2 is this flow correct?

1 more question... i hear ya groanin....

What other bits do i need for the installation, ie size of pipe (diameter quality etc) t-pieces (size etc) .....

You have all been wicked with helpin me... i am a noob when engines are concerned but finding it well interesting - i wanna be able to work on my surf myself for most things....

You want 10mm fuel line for a 3.0, your arrows are correct, You want to fit the cat, then dump the hose from the tank to the filter. Run a hose from the metal pipe on the inner wing, up to the cat, then back to the front fitting on the filter and your done.

Its easy, don't forget to pump the filter primer to get fuel through the cat.
