rear tow point?

hi guys - i need to tow my girlfriends clio (cam belt snapped...opps) and I'm just wondering where I should fix the rope on my truck?! I have a 2nd gen with the spare wheel slung underneath.

any ideas peeps? pics?

I think you will find that there are holes (one on each) at the ends of the chassis rails.

I have hung bow shackles from mine for easier attachment.

Beware, whilst they may suffice these are basically tie down loops only!

well, it did the job.

my hanging rear fog light was a gonner, but a bit of gaffa tape soon fixed that! couple of nasty noises as the rope went taught a couple of times but no real problems.
