i also decided to get rid of the site and the cover` in fact i was deciding to pack the surfs in altogether yes i did set myself up with a few silly remarks and when a person gets angry they tend to reply without thinking straight and am guilty of this fact` but what i got in return was sick `silly emails , viruses, and for what?? one guy on this forum says the best bit for him was when i got my mates to email me back on the ad on ebay ? er if they wher my mates why would the guy who emaild me also put his phone number on it for me to ring him ? this was just one example of the garbage posted in these forums about me thers a lot more but am not going to go in to it all now , as i say i may pack it all in and next wk i can be mr audi or bmw and not try and get to clever with my ad

As i will be soon in the MARKET for a 3rd Gen SURF maybe intercooled,
Mr SURF was an option as i have heard good reports from people who have bought from him. Hopefully he will still be in a good mood with some Forum Members including myself.
Sometimes we do have a laugh but in this case i feel that it may have gone a little too far as some people do get upset quite easily.
To be fair it is his Business & 4th Gens are rare thats if any EXIST in the UK.

hey mrsurf it looks to me like a few peeps on here have eaten humble pie as well as you did so no harm done hey?
ive had nothing but help from people on here so cant knock anyone and i dont know you & have never bought a car off you so cant knock you either.
what you have to understand is that most of the people on here will try and look after any surf owner whether a member or not and dont like to think that people are getting ripped off or given missleading info!
you were in your ebay ad giving shall we say not quite a 100% acurate advice?
so i hope you will understand the backlash you got
but as you can see the people on here are not bad at all and i hope you will keep posting and coming back to learn and to share

mr surfs cars do seem like very nice ones but his attitude stinks, i still have all of his very abusive emails he sent me all because i questioned his knowledge about surfs ! which turned out isn't very good (neither is mine).
i told him to come onto this owners club to get his facts right i.e that the mk3 surf did come with recaro seats which are different to the ones in the mk2, the reply i got back was basically i dont care about your little sad owners club, i am mr surf how dare you question my knowledge,i am right you are wrong,i have been dealing in these cars long enough to know what im talking about ! he did eat humble pie for that because he is WRONG !
there are a few members on here that have had similar replys from so called mr surf, well mr surf dont just assume that you know everything about surfs because you deal in them, currys deals in hifi but they dont know the first thing about them.
before you go biting peoples heads off get your facts right !!
