how much oil?

Ive tried searching, but I can see what I want.

I got a list of service parts and figures from this site ages ago, but now I want to do an oil and filter change and I cant remember which engine is mine...

I have on my bit of paper the following:
3VZ-E engine: 4.5litres inc filter
1KZ-T engine: 8 litres inc filter
2L-T engine: 6.8litres inc filter

which engine is mine? i have a 2.4TD surf..
plus, which viscosity would people recommend at this time of year.. ie warm weather.

10/40 or 15/40 seem to be the general. I've used both in
mine, (running on 15/40 at the moment).
