The safe side angle for a Land Rover is 45 degrees. Looks like the muppet in the 02 white Defender was going too fast.

I pitty the squaddies. If you do that to a Military Vehicle, expect to be charged, and fined 10% of the damage.

If i remember rightly chris said they took a corner too fast and the landy in the water they slowed down on the bank and toppled
