Sorry, but Toyota did not fit a disable feature for the passenger airbag.

It's been discussed a few times before, some have considered removing it.
The best course of action is simply to put the infant in the rear as was traditionally done.
If you remove or disable the airbag (considering the manufacture did not intend for you to do this) there is the risk of explosion/activation when removing it, or possible later even though it may bedisabled (they risk may be slight but it exists).
If you are later unfortunate to be in an accident with adult passenger in the front seat you may have difficulty with your insurance as you have deliberately reduces the safety of the vehicle.
