im going on a rally driving course first thing tomorrow
cant wait!
Done one years ago , good fun . Mk2 Escort RS we had . It got a good thrashing but the instructor kept pushing the panic button on the floor to cut the ignition when he didn't like our driving .

I did a couple of Nav's courses years ago when I 'did a bit' of club rallying. The place I went to would never dream of slowing you down with a panic button. In fact my instructor said he expected the cars to get broken as if you didn't crash you weren't trying hard enough!
I broke a rear wheel on his Cossie Sierra when I slid the back end into a waiting chunk of slate... oops!
Good fun, but it still doesn't prepare you for your first big off (my driver didn't know the meaning of 'caution - ditch') when we spent a few minutes upside down in a forest near Ruthin...
