The last 5 years it has started in Hereford, and then you could go anywhere Expect to travel upto 1000 miles over the weekend

We are not told which maps to buy untill 2 weeks before the start.

No, its for any one, most of the driving is on roads with offroad sections thrown in, nothing to hard.
