What oil & how much?

Hi All
Im servicing my 92 2.4 tomorrow and as the title says....................What oil & how much?
Im still looking for a couple of alloy wheel centres as well, if anyone can help or you have the Toyota part #. They are 6 spoke alloys in 3 groups of 2.
Thanks for you input so far on other posts.
I think ill turn the air box trumpet thingy back wards & see what happens. This Surf seems to go a lot better than I was expecting, compared with my V8 RR.
Still not convinced I understand the ECT button though !

Theres nothing to not understand, no ECT light, normal gearbox mode, ECT light lit, shift points and kickdown higher up the rev range=faster pull away=uses more fuel.

If i remember right the type of oil needed is 5w30 and 7.8 litres of the stuff.
