Finally getting our Surf!
Well, I went to look at a Surf yesterday at a dealer and put down a deposit on it. Should be picking it up this coming week! 
It's a 2nd gen 3.0 SSR-G with 80,000 miles on the clock in metallic blue (my preferred choice of colour), Recaro's, Air con, cruise. It's also been fitted with bull bars and spots plus black privacy glass on all the back windows, and is absolutely immaculate inside and out. I didn't think £4700 was a bad price to pay for one in such good condition and low miles.
Will post up some pics when we get it, which will probably be Tue/Wed this week.
Thanks to a suggestion from The Hoffmeister (formerly Nugget) in a previous thread of mine here we've taken the voluntary termination route with the finance company for our BMW and it's getting picked up on Monday. Thanks once again for that inspired suggestion matey. If it hadn't been for your inpput we'd have been stuck with the Beemer for at least a year. As I said before, we owe you a beer.
