Just had may safety recall done on my 4runner (steering tie rods) and what a service. Credit where its due..... they collected it at the time we arranged. Did the work, cleaned it, brought it back at the time they said and....gave me a complimentory pack of wine (pack of 2, 1 red and 1 white) Mandy has already claimed it lol. Well done toyota on customer service and the best trucks in the world.

had a similar experience with my dealer, farmer and carlisle in leicester but i got a bottle of champagne!
