  • Colway Tyre Pressure

    Can anyone offer some help?

I've just bought a new set of wheels and tyres from those fine people at 4x4accessoriesandtyres.com

The tyres are 235/75/15 (30/9.50/15) Colway AT's. I have just been to the garage to top them up a bit, and realised the pressure was at 48 psi.

There was me thinking they would be the same as my standard 265/70/15 tyres which I had set at 33 psi

Can anyone suggest a good running pressure for these size tyres? I've always kept my old tyres fairly firm to improve fuel consumption, so I'd like to set these fairly firm too.

    Thanks
    Dave

I've had Colway mud terrains fitted for about 18 months now and always kept them at 33psi. They're wearing evenly accross the tyre width.
