Yeah
I've seen that one B4. If you look carefully it looks as if the left rear gets tagged in the safety net. If the Pilot did not try to take off again it would probably have been fine.

Looked like he was coming in too low, Should have aborted and gone round again but thats easy to say with hindsight, Theres some bad carrier landings
on documentarys i've got, WW11 pacific, Those guys however were
exhausted and out of gas and coming in at dusk many with battle damage
and injured, In those circumstances they were lucky to find their carrier
at all,Too young to die and too old to give a tossComment
