  • Total Kit Car Oulton Park

Is anyone going to oulton Park in Cheshire for the Kit Car and Track Day Show this Saturday 25th it's only £10. for Adults and Free for Kids. If you see me say hello or give me a flash.

It would be nice if a few Surfs could meet up while I was there?.

I'm going!! didn't realise it was gonna cost that much!!

I've got to go to meet up with my kit car mates and rope some of them in to help finish mine!

I suppose i'm gonna have to give the truck a clean especially then!

    bugger,

The Kit Car show was a complete let down, I've got more Kit cars on my window ledge!!! The Drifting track was good though. Stoneleigh is the best show to go to for Kit Cars, there are hundreds of cars and manufacturers there and it's a great day out! If your into Kit Cars that is? I didn't see you Farmerboy, but I have met you once before though, I was talking to you at Haslingdon Quarry. I was wondering what made you decide on buying the Tiger Super Cat?
I wan't a Seven type Kit but the Wife spends all of my money before I can earn it!

Initially cos it was one of the cheaper ones, and there is a local "dealership" about 30 mins from me. It's great value for money, i'll have spent about £5500 by the time its finished, and thats with all new brakes and a fully recond 2.0 ford pinto with kent rally cams and brand new webber 45 carbs!!

The show wasn't as busy as i'd like tbh. Though it gave me chance to catch up with local owners club, and rope some of them into helping me finish mine. I'm moving the car from my dads farm to my newly tidied garage on monday, and in therory if i put in a couple of hour each day, i should be driving it in 3 weeks!!

If anyone's handy with a spanner and lives in mid cheshire, you're welcome to come and give me a hand! I'll supply all the cups of tea/beer needed.

            cheers,

Show was a bit of a let down, but got to meet a couple of Stylus owners and pick there brains which is always useful. The drifting looks like serious fun; gota find out about having a go I think the Surfs the ideal vehicle - tail happy at the best of times
