head gasket advise needed please

i took my truck to the garage to have a new exhaust fitted 10 days ago the fitter told me my head gasket was gone. i asked for a price to sort it out which was £460+ parts but he said there was no need to fix it but she is blowing oil any thoughts would be really appreciated

You need to be a little more detailed, is it leaking oil between the block and head in which case leave it alone if its not much, if its oil smoke from the exhaust you may need to get it done for the MOT, if its losing water the its usually something more serious like a cracked head.
