for my sins, i used to drag met police senior ossifers round north wales as a team drinki, er building execises..went up siabod more time than i care to remember (came in handy for a ml course, knew it well enough to bluff a micro navigation test in thick fog) never saw the top of it from the bottom, or the bottom from the top...but i did once ride a gpz900r round the out side of a minibus full of high ranking police men going over the bridge by that wobbly cottage up from betws y coed... had to get back to put the kettle on for em!

used to work with them,and speak the language. i might have joined, but i look silly in a uniform...

I'm getting jealous and $$$$ed off!! I've had my snow chains in the back of the Surf since Xmas and all we've had is about 1cm last week.. Life's soooo unfair when you've got just the right vehicle for some real snow.

come on over John and Sally, have a "panad" with us, like you say nice to see some locals on here,,,When I bought my surf I thought it was great being different ,,untill another 3 turned up in the village in the last few months, still mines the best coz its BLACK!!!!
just call at the lifeboat station and introduce yourselves to the cox, ( he has a manky burgundy one!!!! only joking boss!!)

I run Leather workshop down by the beach, just call in.
