            Hi All,
Can anyone recommend a powerful pair of front spotlights to fit my '93 Surf?
I'm also interested in where is best to mount them as i have an A-Bar with the Reg plate fitted in the middle and i'm aware of them stopping free air flow to the radiator if they are in certain positions.
Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.

            Paul.

The ones on mine are from a local company in Stoke - They are HGV style lights (I had them on my artic years ago and liked them) These retail at £50 a pair and I put 100 watt bulbs in. I like them so I bought them. Depends on how much money you want to spend. As for air flow - I don't get any problems with mine being where they are.

I find leaving the interior lights on really helps!

                Happy crimbo everyone!.

I would always recommend Cibie Super Oscars - I used to have a pair on my Mini and they lit up the road like daylight plus they are very strong. Have a look at what lights used to be fitted to the majority of rally cars in the 70s and early 80s. Plus you can fit uprated bulbs to them.

Mind you like PIAA they cost the childrens inheritance to buy.

                      Cheers
