HOW DO I KNOW IF IT WORN I CHECK THE OIL REGULARLY AND SHE DOESNT SEEM TO USE ANY

Your inlet manifold will leak oil if it got a problem. Just look in the induction pipes and you will find plenty of crud and oil.

Unless its a big problem take the DNO
