Demister

My heater works fine on all settings except the demister , when this is pressed there is a clunking noise from somewhere. It only makes the noise on this setting , has anybody got any ideas what the problem could be?

Don't have that system on ours, but I would say the soloniod that moves the demister flap, or the flap itself is catching on something or loose.

Need to have a dig around under the dash, while pressing the button to see what works what.
