  • Where can i get one of these?

    Have seen a few on fleabay for £29.99 + £9.50 postage. wondered if anyone knows where i can get one cheaper either online or close to hemel

    Think ALDi were sellin them cheap not so long ago as well.

          I got an Lidl one a few years back, good for camping and stuff, but wouldn't crank a Surf with a flat battery!

            www.toolstation.com are doing them for £26.24. £5 dely if your order is less than £40.00 - free if over
            I have used these folks for quite a few bits and bobs and been well pleased with their service - no hastle over faulty returns either
            I understand the business is run by the guy that started Screwfix - he sold out to kingfisher group and then went into competition with them. I like his style and their service is heaps better than screwfix
            generally I find them cheaper (not electrical cable tho) but you compare, they also have a freephone on 0808 1007211 as the number says 7 - 11 order before 5 for next day del'y (sat/sun delivered tues!)

                Cris seen em at Aldi's in Leighton Buzzard last week under £30.00

                  I got one on ebay a few months ago, and as Tony say's it wont crank over a Surf or the other halfs Honda VTI.

                        There must be different capacities because I bought one from an autojumble a couple of years ago brand new for £25 and it has started the surf twice also my works transit no problem.
                        It also has a compressor for blowing the tyres up.
