Help I can't get the shop!

When ever I try to go to the shop I get this message

FATAL ERROR: register_globals is disabled in php.ini, please enable it!

Help please anyone know where this is, I can't find it in either the browser or the internet settings.

Yes that bit does, but then click on the shop tab on the left.

Sorted now. One of the Initialisiation files on the server had a wrong entry (standard is off should have been on - slapped wrist for me, should have changed it).
