Shame they're not road legal in the UK.....max is 60W main, 55W dipped. That's if anyone notices.....which they don't usually. Just beware for the MOT
Beware if fitting these of the exttra loads they can place on the existing wiring and switches.
I have regularly fitted 100/80w bulbs to cars over the years, but after two nasty incidents I took to using new power feeds and relays to prevent excessive currents on the original system. On one occasion in a Fuego the bulbs caused the headlamp stalk to burn out (about a week after fitting them) leaving me stranded on unlit roads at about 3am!
If fitting these 130/90w bulbs I would highly reccomend using a new direct feed from the batterys via a relay switched by the original loom to power them. Incidently, this wiring modification in itself is a popular one to improve lighting output using stock bulbs as it ensures a proper 12v (or more correctly 13.2v) supply, rather than the somewhat diminished levels often supplied by the stock wiring.
i dont
ANYTHING BETTER THAN THE CANDLES IN THERE AT THE MOMENT
LOL
I don't really care either. Let's face it, there's probably more cars on the road with badly aimed headlights, than cars with illegal bulbs.
Anyway, I was just pointing out a fact incase anyone makes an innocent mistake and get's themselves into trouble
