Ex130 Form

I got my form today,trying to understand it is a nightmare.
All i wanted to do was put a couple of ltrs of veg in a month off the supermarket shelf (to save money).

But the form goes on about producing my own, and customs paying me a visit to check thing out.

I honestly havn't got a clue (is it realy worth the hasstle)

Or can anybody enlighten me on what is meant and how to fill the bl**dy form in

you could phone HMCE and get 2 different answers out of 2 calls, the system is so hodsed up, no one can be sure how to fill em in! its an absolute shambles..aledgedly..
