OK, it got the better of me and I finally got round to fitting a new exhaust a week or so back, the old one was so much worst than I thought!!
Note the hole (split) almost links the box's

On the plus side she runs much quieter now

mine went in same place as well!!!!!

i got some plate mig welded it on ......good as new now ..... well until it rots in another place anyway....
