Can recommend insurance
Read all the useful posts on here about insurance whilst trying to sort out my own last week
Thought I'd put a bit back in and share my own experience.
Can highly recomend Admiral for any of the younger surfers here.
Me; 24yrs old, 2xSP30's, 1 claim in 2003, no ncb available to use on the Surf + my brother (23, clean licence but no ncb) as a named driver.
Car; '96 3litre Surf
Insurance; 3rdP F&T with windscreen cover, car garaged
Did a dual policy with my car - ended up cheaper to leave my ncb on the car - gave me a great price for that too.
641.89 squid for the Surf - thought that were a top deal - especially after the 1500++ quotes I had been getting from other companies (with 2yrs ncb!).
Plus to get the two policies renewing at the same time (i,e Feb next year) I have to run a 5 month 'top up' policy on my car starting in September. They are going to give me a full years ncb for the 5 month 'top-up' policy!
