Are the Surf front doors the same as hilux pickup ones?

Its definatly shorter that a normal pickup door, it might be the same as a double cab, but you'd better have a measure up.

Tony,my mate had a door off you back in the summer and he fitted that to a double cab pick up.

I kinda thought they fitted, but didn't want to just say yes as I wasn't sure. That must have been what was on the back of my mind.
