WITHOUT the usual rude responses WHERE does one insert a screwdriver to prise off the cover for the map lights (by the rear view mirror)

Also what size are the festoons within ? 36mm by any chance ?

Insert screwdriver in the square section where the rear view mirror bracket comes out and prise off the cover. Mine is quite easy to remove, I just pull it off!!!! I know 'cos mine is on the floor in the truck awaiting interior modifications.

Oh, and the bulbs are those little stubby straight type .

Right, just been out to get it. The bulbs are 30mm end to end.

Thanks Vince, I went out to try just now, the small square faced clip round the rear mirror came off but couldn't shift the main cover, it was hanging on like a superglued limpet

I think under those circumstances will leave the sods be.
