For those of you who have the facilities the astronauts are deploying an old space suit which has been equiped with a low power transmitter sending single frame tv pictures. These images can be decoded on your pc with a program for SSTV just plugged into the sound card...

The transmitter is located on 145.990Mhz and is expected to last for about a week and remain in orbit for about six weeks before the suit burns up in the upper atmosphere.

www.suitsat.org or you can track from the nasa site.

dont forget to listen to the audio on the nasa site it will tell you why they are doing it with other info to boot.
