Ye'all convinced me, I'm gonna do it asap, have sprayed the nuts etc. with WD40 in preparation!

Will take some befores and afters and get 'em stuck here!

(need to show off new 'A' Bars and spots as well so can kill 2 birds with 1 stone!)

anyway, i suppose i better leave my side steps on for the dog... he uses them as a spring board to get in the car. must post a pic of the dog with his head out the window.... hilarious. is that a very big car or a very small dog???

Just had a look at my pics and couldn't help be aware of how titchy the wheels/tyres look in comparison to some of the "monsters" here!

I now have "tyre envy"!

Anyone point me in a direction to improve their appearance?

The boots are 26570R15 at the moment, maybe a larger tyre size?

nope but i had lots of stone chips on the leading edge of the rear plastic wheel arch extension instead, and on the plastic cladding i have on the bottom half of the doors. That's why I put mine back one. Whilst they were off i had a 2" lift and since the steps have been back on i haven't once bent them offroad like i used to nearly every time! I do think surfs looks better without the steps though
