Off round the world what spares to take

Me the wife and the surf are driving round the world for a year, so we need your advice. What would you change/service before you went and what spares do you think essential. Its a 94 3ltr td KZN 130. Ive put my faithin toyota but what is the vehicles achilles tendon??

Spare wheels with tyres usually x2
All belts for air con, fan/alternator etc
Full set of bulbs
Diff/gear oil
Power steering oil
Brake/clutch fluid
Spare brake pads and shoes
may be spare ball joint
roll bar drop links and bush & clamps
Engine oil
Enough water for you for 7dayd and the car for complete refill
enough food for up to 7days and something to cook it on
little air compresser
Puncture seal kit
spare air oil and fuel filters
grease and grease gun
good range of tools
plenty of duck tape
wire and connectors
stop leak for radiator
spare fuel plenty
soap
coarse ground black pepper
large clear plastic bags
strong bin bags.
and the list keeps on growing

Im also going for a big surf this summer, my route is to southern spain and back up with lots of stops on route, glad you asked about spares as i need to know also.

Don't forget your Breakdown Triangle incase you break down (hope you don't tho) & they fine you for running outa fuel in Germany.
