Tow Bar prices.??

Hi Guys i have just called a local Tow Bar fitter who lives in Studley in Warks..

He has quoted me £225 including supply and fitment inc twin electrics, it is the adjustable hitch type where there are two settings..??

Is this price about right.??

Do you know anyone who will supply and fit it with twin electrics much cheaper then.??

£100-£150 for towbar with single electrics
£15 for 12s kit
£10 for drop plate

call out and labour would be about £80

so about right.

(towbars have gone up a bit since i looked last!)

you can buy it all off ebay and fit it your self I think, will take you a couple of hours but save you the 80 quid its your choice

I would rather have it fitted proffesionaly for the extra £80 quid..

Thats close to what we charge for fitting one with twin electrics, just check what kind of garuantee you get with it.

They will supply and fit towbars (about £80 supply), not sure on fit charge... It is dead easy to do though, About 8 bolts and a bit if wiring, they come with full instructions

did bike rack for £58 plus he had to fit a 3 inch extension to tow bar that was all ready fitted so the bar on bike rack missed tyre on back door he makes bike racks in his own factory for 2 ;3;4 bikes fits in minutes
