I passed a Fellow Surfer today in Oxford on the A40 going towards Heddington island..

The Registration was K***BWL it was a SSRX Blue over Silver with Blue wheel arches with Chrome tinted windows..

Probably better to display just the last three digits of a plate in the future, in case the owner is on here and has talked freely about subverting the laws of Customs and Excise by using undecalred vegoil... or something...

Hey. That registration is like mine except I dont know the middle digits. However, it wasnt me because my surfs burgundy and has a dead battery/batteries at the moment.
