transit van on low fuel light how far???

moving house today and i got about 40 miles to do and the fuel light on my hire tranny has just come on..


will i make it??

i drive a trannie every day and often go in to the fuel light situation.

i would say depending on when the light came on you may just be able to do it, ive sometimes got 50 miles out of it in that situation,

just try it and when you feel it shuddering ( lacking fuel ) you can sometimes get 3-5 miles out of it at that point, so you could fill up then if required......
