Try climbing over the back seats..... or get a dog.... cover the window in honey and let him do the rest

Climb in the back, or open the tailgate, close the latches with a screwdriver then you can wind the window out with the tailgate open, but it won't support its own weight after 2/3rds of the way out, so make sure you hold it up or support it on something.

remove rear headrests, pull up rear seat bases, pull knobs on the top of rear seat backs, fold down rear seat backs, climb into cargo area of truck armed with some glass cleaner and rags and commence cleaning rear window.
When window has a satisfactory gleam, reverse the previous steps to return vehicle to normal five seat condition.

Or do what I do.

Jump in the boot, close up tailgate, then shout "DAD! Turn the key so the window goes up!"

You then have to shout when you're done for him to open it. Or (if he buggers off somewhere like my old man did) jump over the seats and out the passenger door.

To right, you still get a proper 'truck' tailgate, and also a window you can wind down. Its spot on.

get a 3rd gen and just open the tailgate... reach up and wipe...

get a lift and then a step ladder to reach up and wipe!

eventually give up cleaning it!

i use a cloth with some window clean spray given to me by a cleaner at work
