1. Manufacturers are voluntarily NOT fitting metal bull bars to new vehicles. Some of them may be fitting the softer plastic type.

2. You ARE allowed to fit aftermarket bars.

3. Legislation is expected from the EU this year, but in what form, I can't determine.
