i have found a new avatar to put on but every time i put it on this blooming screen says TOO BIG.
HOW DO I REDUCE ITS SIZE to fit?

Open up the avatar in Microsoft photo editor or the editor of your choice. Use image resize to bring it below 100x100 pixels then it will work.

Alternatively send it to me and I'll do it for you.
