engine noise

hi i just noticed when i accelerate hard theres a fast tapping noise in the engine is this normal or is she getting a bit tired she runs great and still pulls well theres a 165000 on the clock any throughts appreciated

mine too must be time for an oil change!
200kms more and im at the big 200,000kms which isnt that much but sounds it!
