1. 7 years for molesting a child... one would hope that there is no parole... and in a vietnamese jail too... Child will remember a lot longer... than he will...

2. Not enough evidence to convict him of rape, which carries the higher sentence... (death penalty) whats wrong, couldn't they make some up...?
