  • Fun or Not

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the admin for removing the Post Whores threads.

It was becoming very apparent today that some members had been slipping back into the old jokey/funloving way that we used to have.

We all know that this sort of light hearted nonsensical posting, ( whilst it may be funny and raise a smile) is not really what this forum is about.

Lets all remember the recent events and stick to the more important, and not at all flippant threads, where we can share valuable knowledge.

    On that point,
I did an oil change and now I have black bits of oil from the Toyota engine under my finger nails, what is the best way to remove them, and how to avoid it happening again ?

I found the best thing to do was to chop off your fingers, this prevents this problem totally.
However it is very slow typing with a pencil in your mouth

Get the Mrs to change the oil then make a batch of bread. Kneading the dough removes the oil and everyone thinks it's healthy wholemeal, mmmmmm.

wah! wah! wah! somebody pat Keith on the back, he seens to have a little wind!

Start another one, its cool, the damn thing was 114 pages long with nearly 1,200 replys ,the old forum only allowed us 4000 post in total!, and NO ONE is gonna read it all again, only the last page is of any interest.

We don't need that sort of space used on something on one will will look at.

                      relax.

I thought The post whores thread was pretty dam good, I laughed so hard I almost bought a round down at the local, Anyway, there is a section full of interesting, useful information in the teccy section (can't spell technical) and a discussion forum is supposed to be light hearted More of that type of stuff I say
