Salisbury Plain
The Range rover was rescued by the Bustard site (that famous puddle)

Then off to the German village /

After a visit to the Bustard Inn Jon Got stuck between the Redhorn and Lavington Vadettes

Seems it was a day of damage.

Jotto blew a rad hose, before we left countess services
Tim lost his bash plate and fog light
Gav and me lost our brakes

I blew the turbo (again), leaking oil like a tap, no brakes, and still at Gav's house (on the plains) awaiting the AA to relay the steaming pile of cr@p home! I left them at the pub at 3pm!

Time for a new truck I think!

Hay Dan, wanna buy another used turbo??? Seriously, sorry that it didn't last long! I gave you that one cos I know it was only had 60,000miles on it, as its was off my old truck. Praps you would have been better with unknown milage one.

It was a good day out thanks to Gav (tonka1)for fixing my rad hose , other wise I would not have left the meet point apart from on a recovery truck strait home again.
And yes I do have some very soggy carpets! To start with I had about 4" of water in the passenger foot well, not to bad untill Gav pulled me out and it sloshed round the rest of the truck

Glad we all had a good day!!!! just waved good bye to dan with a very sorry looking truck on the back of a flat bed,at least i managed to get some beer down his neck before he goes to battle with those very very nice men that have left him waiting 6 hours to get home. glad the running repair lasted jon let me know how long it stays on for so i can thank the queen!!!!!!

still got no brakes on mine and £3 on the jet wash did the engine and both front doors,looks like the rest will have to wait.
