A colleague of mine has a 3.0L TD manual 4Runner which he needs to sell due to a new arrival to the family eating into his budget. He says it is an M Reg and in immaculate condition.

Any ideas how much it it worth?

4Runner prices start at £2,000 for a 3.0-litre V6 on a 1994 L registration. Later 1995 M registered examples can be found for around £3,500, which represents a lot of car for your money. The slightly more desirable 3.
