Aha...so it's not just any old bearing, its a special 'bearing' honed by Tibetan Monks from pure Titanium and blessed with holy water. Here is his response to my enquiry....He seems to have sold loads, why do I go to work for living. I must get my bearings in life.

its a very simple fitting of a bearing, which takes only seconds. the results are long term and can in no way damage your engine, and of course can be reversed.
