  • Drink Driving + Nick Freeman solicitor

Anyone see the Trevor McDonald thing on monday about Nick Freeman, the solicitor who gets people off motoring offences by exploiting the incompetence of the police and CPS? Well he's had another 'result' locally today. He got a guy off who was more than 4 times over the d/d limit. Police followed the guy, and saw him jump a red light. He went on to smash into some railings at a roundabout further down the road. He was lying unconcious in the road when the police got to the scene. The level of alcohol in his blood was so high it could have killed him, the court was told.
So how did he get off ?
The blood sample was taken without his permission!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! Case dismissed. WTF is going on!

still need human rights, just ste pettiness of it needs to go...

        good example would be prisoners...
if you go to prison, then you forfeit your human rights!... all they do is sit watching trisha and thinking who they can sue for giving them a lumpy bed!

It's all negotiable, if you have been following the news.

Risk the lives of other road users by driving whilst too ****ed to stand, and you have human rights.

One women critisises the government within a kilometer of parliament, without even raising her voice, and she gets bundled into a van and found guilty of 'illegal protest', her right to free speech having been suspended under anti terrorism provisions

And as for a little old man who wants to contradict a minister at a labour party conference - Rights suspended.

          Makes me sick

Surely there should be a 'common-sense' ruling under these sort of circumstances...

The worst part of it is that now that sets the precedent in law for similar cases which gets taken into consideration

                Local newspaper.

Women suing the hospital for £250,000 because she now has a kid. Apparently she was sleeping around and fell pregnant and went for an abortion...was having twins and ended up having one terminated but give birth to one. She literrally stated that she blames the hospital for being pregnant.

Can you imagine the kid later on in life suing her mother for not wanting her but she gave birth!.

Simple solution love....keep your legs shut!!!
