Was travelling on A11 in Cambridgeshire today near Abington and spotted a Green L reg surf with wheel arch extensions on its wheel arch extensions (does that make sense? 
) and very wide wheels and tyres.
It looked as though it may also have been lowered but not sure about this.
Anyway, as I overtook it to have a better eyeball I looked for the blue star sticker but didn't see one. Did see the driver and his mate give me a glance as if to say what the hell are you garping at! Well I was driving the wife's Zafira at the time!
The truck looked so different to all other Surfs I have seen and I just wondered if it belongs to anyone on here?
