        You mean something like this?..................

This is from formula 4x4 catalogue, Only Rav4 though, never seen a surf or runner listed anywhere.

If enough people enquire about them, some may start stocking/making them.

Or the Proper Toyota retractable covers from Bob (hilux) will be your best bet.

I was looking at a surf the other day it had a roller blind type thingy fitted behind the rear seats I dont know if it was factory fitted or a home made jobbie it was in a Mk2 and looked pretty good . I think it would be pretty simple to make and fit one. the blinds come in different lengths and can be cut to width.

Thats the standard load cover from Toyota (unless someone has made one) Our 4Runner has one, and all the 4Runners I've seen have the brackets, but some early 2nd gen surfs don't seem to have the fittings.

If a previous owner takes the load cover out, it seems to get put in the loft and forgotten about when they sell the car! New ones from Toyota are about £300!!!!!! so make sure you get one if it has the fittings!

My be talking out of turn here but I don't think bob would have a brochure, however I will take a picture of mine tomorrow and post it. The ones Bob has are like that. It's the roller blind type original equipment option.

                Cheers
