oil warning light

Hi
Should I have an oil warning light? I have handbook from a 94 which shows one on the extreme left of the warning lights but mine does not illuminate with the ignition.

I've got one, maybe your bulb has blown. swap it with the seatbelt warning bulb.

I dunno 'bout you, but I can tell when I'm not wearing my seatbelt.

Its just aswell i can too,cos i havent got a warning light to remind me.

Never known a (four stroke) motor without an oil warning light! Even 2CVs have them, but then you do have an oil pressure gauge ...

Certainly got one on my '94 (gauge and light).
