Ok I have a large video file (nearly 500mb) that I would like to put up on the web ,The question is where or how do I do it??????

But you can use windows movie maker to compress the file to make it smaller without losing too much quality.

I'd say you need to do some serrious editing and a lot of compression if you want to share something on the web. Who is going to want to wait for 500Mb to download anyway- even on broadband it could take hours?

I have now sorted it after having to change from a vob file to a avi file and then doing a bit of editing in windows movie
It is a short film made by some students of this years Mac 4x4 challenge.
