Excuse my ignorance, but why do you need manual hubs when you have a body/suspension lift? I planned on doing a body lift after I repair all the rest of the problems I have, including a new kitchen for the "financial controller" ie. the wife. Are there any other extras if you are looking at a 4" body lift or 2"body/2"suspension that Ineed to take into account? Any assistance would be greatly received. Cheers guys

AIUI, CV joints on the drive to the front wheels will be at a much greater angle so will wear quicker. Fitting manual hubs allows you to disconnect the drive from the front wheels to the shafts, thus preserving your CV joints.

You may also want to consider dropping the front diff an inch... that will alleviate some of the CV strain, and allow you to ponder which manual hub to go for.
